PAVEY TREE  is a small, energetic tree expert company built on a strong foundation of experience and knowledge, serving Lake of Bays/Algonquin Park area.

We specialize in High Risk Tree Removal, provide innovative and environmental friendly tree care techniques, creating a safe and enjoyable tree and forest surrounding.

·         You are looking for placement with a progressive Tree Company, offering appropriate insurance coverage, training, and wages.

• You have graduated from a Forestry/Arboriculture program and 3+ years of progressive experience has made you familiar with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and other related Acts, Rules and Regulations.
• You desire to be an effective Arborist. You have a pleasant demeanor with good leadership/communication skills, enthusiastic, and are capable of executing the highest standards of safety, quality in pruning, removals, and preventative tree care.
• You convey your ideas clearly and concisely.  You are a progressive thinker, and based on your experience, you act intuitively, show initiative and determination.
• You are competent in the safe maintenance and operation of tree care/ removal equipment.
• You have confidence and experience in climbing a tree using safe work practices.
• You continue to endeavor to be in a position to qualify and obtain a Certified Arborist Certificate.  
• I.S.A. Certification an asset.
• A clean Driver’s Abstract - MTO “D” license preferred.
• Current First Aid and C.P.R.

 

Prior to acceptance, your tree climbing skills, equipment knowledge and safety will be determined.

All salaries and benefits will be directly related to level of skill and ability.
