Phil Pavey
Phil Pavey has been a resident on the Lake of Bays for over 30 years. He is married to Marilyn and is the proud Dad of Jenn and Ben. As an ISA Certified Arborist and Forest Technician, his intuitive thinking and skilled aptitude was generated early by working with a national tree service company, to employment with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources as Operations Manager and Assistant Park Superintendent to the designing, construction, and pioneering of trail management techniques. His experience has led to innovative, low-impact tree felling techniques and high-angle climbing and rigging. Phil continues working with wood once it's on the ground; building as a certified carpenter for over 20 years.
